Candidate Screening 

Candidate screening is a crucial step in the recruitment process where our team evaluates applicants to determine their suitability for a particular role.

The screening process begins with a review of resumes or CVs submitted by applicants. We look for relevant experience, skills, education, and accomplishments that align with the job requirements. We also assess factors such as job stability, career progression, and gaps in employment.

Depending on the role, candidates may be asked to complete skills assessments, such as technical tests, writing samples, or simulations, to evaluate their proficiency in specific areas relevant to the job.

Behavioural Interviews

Candidates who pass the initial screening stages may be invited for in-person or virtual interviews. Behavioural interviews focus on candidates' past behaviour and experiences as indicators of future performance.

We ask situational questions to assess candidates' problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and alignment with the company culture.
